Group Exercise Schedule

Monday:  Yoga 6:05pm—7:05pm

Wednesday: Boot Camp 9:15am—9:45am

Group Exercise is Free for Lilia Gym Members and $5 per class for non Gym Members

Be sure to arrive 10 minutes early in order to warm up for class! For evening classes doors are locked at class start time.

Group Exercise Descriptions

 Yoga: Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.

Boot Camp:  Our fitness boot camp is type of outdoor/indoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
