Facility Rules

Members and users of the Fitness Facility are expected to adhere to guidelines and procedures. Failure to adhere to the rules can result in suspension and/or forfeiture of Membership.

• Locker are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are available for day use only.  Please do not leave any personal belongings in the lockers overnight.
• Apparel which is deemed damaging to the equipment or a threat to the safety of the individual or other participants may be prohibited.
• Footwear is required in all areas of the Fitness Facility.
• A T- shirt is required in ALL Areas of the Fitness Facility, except in locker areas. At no other time, nor in any other location, may an individual walk in any part of the Fitness Center without a T-shirt.
• Fitness Facility members and users should not leave personal items. Lockers are available on a daily basis for storage during Locker room hours.
• No Lilia staff member can accept personal items for facility users for storage. Lilia Day Spa is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property in facility.
• The Fitness Facility provides towels for members to wipe perspiration off the fitness equipment, free weights and benches. It is the responsibility of the member to discard of the towels in appropriate places.
• No dropping weights.
• No putting weights on benches.
• Do not attempt to repair or adjust any equipment that is malfunctioning. Report anyproblems immediately to staff.
• Food and drink is restricted (Exception: water bottles).
• Alcoholic beverages, smoking and glass containers are prohibited in any area of the Fitness Facility.
• Any behaviors that are considered unhealthy or may damage the facilities (i.e., chewing gum, tobacco, spitting) are prohibited.
• Footwear is required throughout the building (except for the Locker Rooms, and Multi-Purpose room).
• Shirts are required throughout the building (except for the locker rooms).
• No cut-off jeans, belted shorts/pants, or clothing with rivets are allowed on the exercise equipment.
• Open-air radios or stereos, other than personal listening devices (with headphones), unless approved by the staff for use in specific areas, are prohibited.
