Spa Etiquette

Arrival Time
We ask that clients arrive at least, 15-20 minutes before the start of your first service to allow for enhanced comfort and relaxation.  If you have a party of 4 or more, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the first service.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and pleasure.  Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.  The full value of your treatment will be applied.  If you arrive 15 minutes or more past the time the first service was scheduled to begin, we may have to modify or eliminate your first service. If a service must be eliminated, we reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee.

Upon Arrival
Upon arrival to the Spa you will be asked to complete a brief health form to assist the therapists in providing you most pleasing, safe and comfortable treatment.  We encourage you to disclose any significant health conditions that may affect your Spa experience. Clients must inform Lilia and/or appropriate staff if you might be pregnant. Some spa services are not appropriate or safe if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant. . In addition, some medical conditions, medications, or allergies may require that we modify or eliminate spa services.  (click here to download health form)

Since your appointments are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment (864) 226.0818   (864) 225.4542.  For individual clients and services please notify us with a 6 hour advance notice.  Cancellations of packages or private parties require a 24 hours’ notice.  We reserve the right to charge the full amount of service(s).

For legal and insurance reasons we cannot permit children in the Spa or the Fitness Facility. Children under age 12, not receiving services are prohibited from any area of the spa or spa lobbies. Children age 12-17 may receive appropriate services when accompanied by an adult or with guardian’s approval.  Children under age 12 may only be booked with management approval.

All identifying and medical information is used for the sole purpose of making contact with the client and modification of spa services where clinically indicated. Under no circumstances is client information released or transferred to any other person, entity or business.

Clothing & Spa Attire
Please dress comfortably for your visit to the spa.  You will need to bring your swimsuit for Vichy Shower treatments, or disposable garments will be provided. Robes, slippers, and towels are provided for the use of all guests. Our locker rooms provide private, individual changing areas and lockers to store your belongings. Although we provide lockers with keys, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your valuables, please leave valuables at home.

Spa Facility
Our Spa treatments are designed for both men and women and are performed in the console of private treatment rooms. Our professionally trained and licensed staff is accomplished in the latest Spa therapies. For your convenience we provide towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, hairdryers, and combs. We will supply a robe and slippers during your stay at the Spa. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.  For your comfort and the comfort of all our guests, our Spa is a non-smoking facility and cell phones are not permitted in the Spa.

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. You may leave cash, check, or credit card tips.  Customary gratuities are 15% – 20% of the price of the service.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase at the Spa.  Perfect for any occasion! Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.  May not redeem for cash. All gift certificates have a 6 month expiration.
