Our 1400 square foot Loft Apartment provides the perfect getaway. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a powder room; our Loft Apartment has the charm of a mountain cottage mixed with a modern twist. It is adorned with all of the furnishings to make you feel at home; ornamented with a den large enough for you and your friends and cozy enough for you plus one. Each bedroom is fixed with a flat screen TV; queen sized bed and private bathroom. The spacious kitchen is perfect for entertaining or cooking a nice family style meal.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.

Please note that our Loft Apartment is typically used for nightly and weekend rentals. However, corporate rates are available for long term bookings. Please inquire with us.

- Security deposit may be required for having guests in the Loft during your stay. We ask that you notify us ahead of time if you are planning to entertain.
- Early check-in starting at 12:00 noon upon availability $25 per hour
- Late check-out up to 3 pm $25 per hour * Early Check-in/Late Check-out times are strictly subject to availability
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, dining Room table, 3 Flat screen TV’s, iron and ironing board, stainless steel appliances and refrigerator, flatware for 8 place settings, access to the 24 hour Fitness Facility, coffee maker, and fireplace.
Loft Policies
Deposit Requirement: Lilia will obtain a credit card to secure your stay in the Loft. The full amount of the cost will be charged when the Loft is booked.
Cancellation Policy: Lilia strictly follows a 48 cancellation policy when cancelling reservations for the Loft in order to receive a full refund.
Loft Apartment Guests receive a 10% discount on Spa services. We encourage you to book services ahead of time to ensure desired appointments are available. Guests may also use our 24 hour Fitness Facility; only after they have signed a waiver.
