Spa Etiquette

In order to provide the best experience for all our guests and a safe environment for our staff, we ask that clients familiarize themselves with the following information.

Arrival Time

We ask that clients arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your first service to allow for enhanced comfort and relaxation (and to ensure all the paperwork is complete!). If you have a party of 4 or more, please arrive 20 minutes before your first service.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your relaxation. Your treatment will still end at its scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed. You will still be responsible for paying the full cost of the treatment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past the time your first service was scheduled to begin, we may have to modify or eliminate your first service.

Clothing & Spa Attire

Dress comfortably for your visit to the spa. Robes, slippers, and towels are provided for all guests. Our locker rooms provide private, individual changing areas and lockers to store your belongings. Although our lockers do have keys, Lilia Day Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of your belongings; please leave all valuables at home.

When You Arrive

Upon your arrival, you will be asked to complete a brief health form to assist the therapists in providing the most pleasing, safe, and comfortable treatment. We encourage you to disclose any significant health conditions that may affect your experience. Clients MUST inform Lilia Day Spa and/or appropriate staff if you might be pregnant, as some spa services are not safe or appropriate if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant. Additionally, some medications, medical conditions, or allergies may require we modify or eliminate certain spa services.

The Spa Facility

Our spa treatments are designed for both men and women and are performed in private treatment rooms. Our professionally trained and fully licensed staff is accomplished in the latest spa therapies and are experts in their craft. For your convenience, we provide towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, deodorant, hair dryers, and combs. We also supply a robe and slippers during your stay at Lilia Day Spa. For the comfort of all our guests, our spa is a non-smoking facility, and cell phones/electronic devices are not permitted in the spa.

Cancellations

Since your appointment slot is reserved just for you, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please call us at (864) 226-0818 or (864) 225-4542.

We respectfully ask that you give a minimum of 72 hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. We require a 50% deposit to book. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours prior may receive a full refund of their deposit. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior will have their deposit held for future appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior or less will have their deposit forfeited.

Age Restrictions

For legal and insurance reasons, we cannot permit children in the spa or fitness facility. Children ages 12-17 may receive appropriate services when accompanied by an adult or with a guardian’s approval. Children under age 12 not receiving services are prohibited from any area of the spa or spa lobbies. Children under age 12 may only be booked for specific services with management’s approval.

Confidentiality

All identifying and medical information is used for the sole purpose of contacting the client and modifying spa services where clinically indicated. Under no circumstances is client information released or transferred to any other person, entity, or business.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of service. You may leave cash, check, or credit card tips. Customary gratuities are 15%-20% of the price of the service.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase at the spa or in our online store. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests may not redeem them for cash. All gift certificates have a 6-month expiration.
