Rooftop Policies

If you are interested in booking our rooftop event venue, we ask that you follow these policies and procedures. We hope this information will assist you in planning your event and communicating with our staff.

  • Rooftop rental does not give guests building privileges in any other area. Rentals may not infringe on the use of other facility areas by separate public or private groups.
  • The renter is responsible for any and all damages incurred to the facility and/or its contents resulting from their usage.
  • The contract representative who is renting the facility must be present during the entire rental period.
  • Venue usage is restricted to the terms of the contract, including the area reserved, times of entrance and departure, intended activity, guest count, etc.
  • Conduct will not violate local, state, or federal ordinances and laws, and will at all times be conducted in a mature and responsible manner.
  • Facility staff will perform their regular assigned duties. They are not available for group supervision.
  • Adult supervision is required for all youths at a 1:1 ratio.
  • Accidents occurring to and on facility property must be reported immediately to the Event Coordinator on duty.
  • No alcohol may be served or sold without the use of a caterer/bartender who holds current alcohol permits for the State of South Carolina. Glass bottles and stemware are allowed on the rooftop; however, if they are dropped and/or broken the renters are responsible for any damages and clean-up.
  • Lilia Day Spa is a tobacco-free environment. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and chewing tobacco.
  • Only music suitable for a public facility is permitted. Volume is subject to control by the Lilia staff.
  • Throwing anything off the rooftop is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal charges.
  • All guests must be out of the facility by the end of the rental time, which includes clean-up.
