Our 3,500 square foot rooftop venue has an open floor plan and can accommodate up to 150 guests. Adorned with string lights to elevate the ambiance, this breathtaking event venue is the perfect place for any event you can imagine. We’ve hosted wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, luncheons, reunions, bridal and baby showers, and more. The rooftop also includes access to an attached third-floor terrace, a sunroom, three restrooms, and an elevator – not to mention grand views overlooking the Electric City. Accessible public parking is located in the front and back of the building.

When you book our event space, a host or multiple hosts from the Lilia Day Spa team will be on-site throughout your event to oversee the facility and help things run smoothly. We’ll also help answer any questions you have to help execute a fantastic event. The rooftop venue has open rental times; however, rental times must include setup and clean-up before and after the event.
